SACS Local Arrangements Committee
The Local Arrangements Committee is responsible for
local arrangements for the site visit committee members and assisting
them during their visit to our campus. Responsibilities of the committee
include arrangements for:

Pre-visit communications,
-
Hotel accommodations,
-
Transportation,
-
Escorts,
-
Schedules,
-
Meeting rooms,
-
Opening reception and dinner, and
-
Support services (technology and secretarial).
In conjunction with the leadership team, this committee
has established a schedule of tasks needed to prepare for the site visit
and those needed during the visit.
