To develop its Quality Enhancement Plan, ETSU has created teams of faculty, staff and administrators with special knowledge of issues related to freshman, transfer and off-campus students.  The charge to each team is as follows:
  • Identify achievements and initiatives at ETSU regarding freshman, transfer or off-campus student success.
  • Identify the key issues regarding freshman, transfer or off-campus student success at ETSU.
  • Present a plan for promoting freshman, transfer or off-campus student success.
  • Describe the means by which ETSU will assess the effectiveness of the freshman, transfer or off-campus success initiative.
  • Describe a process by which ETSU will engage in ongoing discovery of issues related to freshman, transfer or off-campus student success.
  • Designate an individual who will oversee the freshman, transfer or off-campus success initiative and report at least annually to ETSU's Strategic Planning Committee and the President's Council; propose, if wished, a creation of a standing committee to assist this individual in oversight of the initiative.
