Strategic Planning And Institutional Effectiveness Committee
President Paul E. Stanton, Jr. charged the university's Strategic Planning and Institutional Effectiveness Committee (SPC) with the tasks of providing conceptual guidance and coordination for East Tennessee State University's participation in the pilot project. Because integration of campus-wide planning is a regular function of this committee, this charge is consistent with our philosophy that SACS accreditation processes are simply one component of our overall strategic planning and obligations to our communities.
