- Full-time undergraduate
- Teacher education major
- Minimum GPA – 2.8

Claudius G. and Katherine Earnest Clemmer Endowment:
- Rising junior, senior or graduate

Lauren Cole Memorial Scholarship for ETSU Parks & Recreation Management
- Must have declared major in Parks & Recreation Management
- Must be a senior
- Must have a demonstrated commitment to community service
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Must submit a short essay on these combined topics:
Parks and Recreation - 1) Why is it important? and 2) What do I plan
to do with my degree? - Applications and essay are due March 1st
ETSU College of Education Scholarship Endowment:

- Elementary and/or secondary education major

- Graduate
- Student must be seeking Master of Arts in Teaching degree and have earned a baccalaureate degree with an Arts and Sciences major

- Two letters of recommendation from faculty members in the College of Arts and Sciences required

Professor E.E. and Margaret Johnson Hawkins Memorial Scholarship Endowment:
- Full-time undergraduate
- Elementary or secondary education major

- Resident of northeast Tennessee (Washington, Carter, Unicoi, Sullivan, Greene and Johnson counties)
