Scholarship award is $15,000 per year when a student is enrolled in 15 credit hours or more per semester
Students who are participating in another program which assists with out-of-state tuition (including, but not limited to, Academic Common Market, Public Performance Scholarships, Honors-in-Discipline Scholarships, Graduate Assistantships or Tuition Scholarships) are not eligible
Scholarships are competitive
Must be a new student to ETSU - currently enrolled ETSU students are not eligible
Out-of-state students who live in counties within 250 miles of ETSU are eligible. This includes a selection of counties from within the following nine states:
