Regional Scholarships

Awards cover 60% of out-of-state tuition (approximately $10,800 per year depending upon class schedule)

Students who are participating in another program which assists with out-of-state tuition (including, but not limited to, Academic Common Market, Public Performance Scholarships, Honors-in-Discipline Scholarships, Graduate Assistantships or Tuition Scholarships) are not eligible

Must be a new student to ETSU - currently enrolled ETSU students are not eligible

KY: Bell, Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Leslie, Letcher Perry, Pike NC: Alexander, Alleghany, Buncombe, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Henderson, Jackson, Lincoln, McDowell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania, Wilkes VA: Bland, Buchanan, Dickenson, Russell, Smyth, Tazewell, Wise, Wythe WV: McDowell
Freshmen: -
Minimum high school GPA of 3.0 AND

Minimum ACT composite of 22 or SAT score of 1020 (Math and Critical Reading only)

Graduate students will automatically be considered for the scholarship upon admission to a graduate degree program or graduate certificate program

Priority will be given to students who have been admitted by May 1 for the 2013 fall term and September 1 for the 2014 spring term
