Through the College of Business and Technology, we offer educational programs that provide practical, scientific, and technical knowledge about everyday life. Students are prepared to help individuals, families, businesses, and communities cope with the challenges and complexities of today's society.
Our department offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition.
Undergraduate students may choose from four concentrations:
- Consumer Studies / Family & Consumer Sciences Education
- Interior Design
- Merchandising
- Nutrition and Foods

All undergraduate programs include field studies which enable our students to graduate with career experience. Minor programs of study are also offered in each concentration area.
The field of Family and Consumer Sciences offers a wide array of career opportunities. Family and Consumer Sciences professionals promote the well-being of self and others in the home, workplace, community and world.
