| The Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) concentration emphasizes electronics and support areas
of manufacturing, computers, and management. It prepares individuals for job opportunities in all areas
of electronics. All students, including transfer students, must complete the electronics engineering technology curriculum published in the ETSU Undergraduate Catalog in effect the year of their entry into the program. |

Transferring into the ETSU Electronics Engineering Technology ProgramAll students transferring into the B.S. degree electronics engineering technology program must take a minimum of four electronics courses that must include ENTC 3310 (Circuit Analysis) & ENTC 3330 (Electronics III). No associate degree course work will be accepted for electronic course work at the 4XXX level. If the transfer student is from a program that is not accredited by the Accrediation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), the required minimum must also include ENTC 3320 (Electronics II). Note that ENTC 3310 (Circuit Analysis) is a prerequisite for ENTC 3320 (Electronics II). It is the student's responsibility to provide evidence that the transferred course work was completed at an ABET accredited institution. (This information would usually be found in the school's catalog.) |
