Conducting Symposium - Costs
Graduate Level:
*1 credit: $325.00
*2 credits: $650.00
  * +$25.00 ETSU Registration fee; lodging extra

Undergraduate Level:
*1 credit: $160.00
*2 credits: $320.00
  * +$25.00 ETSU Registration fee; lodging extra

Noncredit option/observer:
$150.00 + $25.00 application, processing fee; lodging extra

Application deadline: June 5, 2009
for participation or observer.
Maximum number of conducting participants: 20

  • If registering for class credit through ETSU for the week-long symposium, payment must be made according to the Registrar summer course calendar and process schedule. *You MUST fill out the registration form here even if registering for credit.  This form contains additional information for Dr. Zembower, including Repertoire choices, housing, etc.
     
  • If opting for non-credit/observer route, payment/balance for the week-long symposium can be made during the first day of the workshop through the Office of Professional Development. Checks or money order of $25.00 for application/processing fee should be made payable to "ETSU Bands," and sent by the application deadline for processing.

**Cancellations made by the application deadline of June 5, 2009 will receive a refund (less the $25.00 registration fee).
No refunds will be made for any reason after June 5, 2009.
Participants arriving late or leaving early during the symposium are not eligible for any monetary compensation.
