Resources / SGA Constitution
The SGA Constitution is the offical governming document of the Student Government. Every position is defined, each law is listed and procedures are drawn out. All memebers of the SGA are expected to familiarize yourself with this important document. It is also a good reference for those who wish to get involved.
Due to its expansive nature, the document weighs in around 80 pages.
The most recent revision is listed below. The constitution is in Microsoft Word, 2003 format and CANNOT be altered. It is a read-only document.
It is important to note that the document is constantly in a state of flux as the organization grows and evolves. It is normal to see 3-4 constitutional revisions (in the forms of amendments) during a regular academic year.
