Child Welfare | IV-E Project|
In addition to the certification and stipend programs, the Title IV-E Project supports a subcontract with the Tennessee Center for Child Welfare, an MTSU-based nonprofit which holds a contract with the Tennessee Department of Children's Services. The Title IV-E Project professional development coaching (PDC) staff provides pre-service, in-service and resource parent training to agents of the TN Department of Children's Services as well as private providers of child protective services.
ETSU's social work department is one of a
network from universities from across the state of Tennessee
which form the Tennessee Social Work Education Consortium
(TSWEC).
