Depending on the license you are apply for i.e. LBSW, LMSW, LAPSW, or LCSW, you must submit the approrpiate application, a check for the fee (varies depending on which license your are applying for), a current photograph, and questionnaire to the Board. It will take about 4 to 6 weeks to get notification that you can take the exam. At the same time the Board notifies you, they will also notify ASWB that you are eligible to take the exam. You will then register with ASWB to take the exam.
