For the first time, both the Men's and the Women's Basketball Teams won the Atlantic Sun Championship and went on to play in the NCAA tournament. Congratulations for such a successful season.

In December 2007, several groups from ETSU’s campus wanted to express their support for Dr. Stanton to remain as University President. In an effort to show the support of the entire Staff Senate, these Senators presented Dr. Stanton a resolution on December 19, 2007 which recognized his “... marvelous leadership during his tenure as president of ETSU.” Click here to view the text of the resolution. |PDF|
