David has worked in the Office of Human Resources at ETSU since the summer of 2009. He comes from a technical background and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee in business administration. He is currently enrolled in the MBA program at ETSU. He recently relocated to the ETSU area of Johnson City from Kingsport in the late summer of 2012. His true passion is the outdoors; he's a whitewater kayaker, hiker and avid trail runner.
