Biography

Ray Webb has been a member of the ETSU family since December 1993.   His current position is Senior Analyst for the Office of Information Technology.   He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Information Technology from East Tennessee State University.

Prior to beginning his career at ETSU, Ray spent six years as a programmer/analyst for a manufacturing company and three years as a programmer/analyst for a finance company.  Ray is currently beginning to serve his first term as Staff Senator and is looking forward to serving his fellow staff members in this capacity.
