Connie Regan-Blake

Storytelling:  A Way of Living

Connie Regan-Blake brings humor, wisdom and the heart of story to diverse settings around the globe; school cafeterias, impoverished African villages, festival stages and corporate boardrooms.  She is a storyteller who listens - finding the universal threads of stories in a shared humanity.  For Connie, storytelling is more than a profession, more than art.  It is a way of being in the world.  Connie’s approach is practical and hands-on, drawing on intuition, humor and the five senses.  As a teacher, she creates a community of appreciation, welcoming deep listening and telling in an encouraging, compassionate, creative and playful atmosphere.

During this 5 day Institute you will:

*Discover how to work with delight and integrity in service of story, both on stage and in the business of storytelling.

*Explore the living, breathing interaction between teller and listener.

*Practice being in the present moment, embodying the story for authentic, vibrant, and inspired storytelling.

Bring a questing mind and an open heart.
