Mission

As described in the Preamble to its constitution, the purpose of the Staff Senate is to provide an open forum for issues concerning staff employed by this institution. While the primary purpose of this senate is to address such issues, this communication is best enhanced by creating a dialog between all elements of the University community: support staff, administrative staff, faculty and students. Through such efforts, the Senate fully supports the University's mission and values in its efforts to become the University of choice in the state and region.
