Forum Registration and Abstract Submission Abstract Submission
Deadlines: Registration and Abstract Submissions for the 2009 Appalachian Student Research Forum must be submitted electronically with the new online registration system. You should register under the presenter's name. Submit only one (1) registration form and abstract per poster/oral presentation -- each author listed on the abstract does NOT need to submit the registration form. If you are the presenter for more than one presentation, you should complete a registration form for each presentation. One of the sections on the registration form will be for the abstract of your presentation. Be sure that you followed the Abstract Preparation Guidelines when you created your abstract. Eligibility:
Registration for the Oral Sessions in the Forum is competitive. Only a limited number of oral presenters will be selected. In the event that you apply for an Oral Session and are not chosen, you have the option of presenting a poster instead. If you do not wish to enter a poster in the poster competition, be sure to indicate this option on the registration form. Please ensure that your abstract complies with the rules for abstracts as outlined on the Abstract Preparation page. If you are ready to proceed with registration, please click on the link below. You will be presented with the ASRF Registration log-in screen -- click on the 'Create a New Account' button to first create a username & password for yourself. Once you've set up a username and password, you may then log in to the ASRF Registration system and create an abstract entry.
Online Registration Form If you need assistance with the registration process or with the registration form itself, you may call 439-6000 weekdays 8-4:30. |
