We are pleased to announce the following vendors will be exhibiting at the 2013 Forum:

On behalf of the Appalachian Student Research Forum Task Force, we would like to invite you to be part of a vendor exhibition to be held on April 4, 2013 , in conjunction with the Appalachian Student Research Forum. As you may know, the Forum is an annual event that provides undergraduates, graduate students, medical students, residents, and postdoctoral fellows an opportunity to present their research findings in a formal setting. The Forum’s vendor exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for company representatives to interface with ETSU researchers, mainly comprised of faculty, staff, and students, as well as local physicians. The Forum is also a regional event that attracts participants from other regional colleges and universities. Like last year, we have coordinated the poster and oral competitions to coincide with the vendor exhibition. We once again anticipate a large crowd as the event continues to gain popularity on a regional basis.
The Forum will be held at the Centre at Millennium Park, a state-of-the-art conference facility which is conveniently located across the street from the ETSU campus. Please consider attending the 2013 Forum to display your products and services. As in years past, tables will be available for the vendor exhibition portion of the Forum. Register on or before March 22, and you will receive the early-bird price of $75 per table; after the 22nd, the fee is $100 per table. The deadline for registering is April 2, 2013; after April 2nd, a late registration fee of $150 per table will apply. The registration fee also includes refreshments and lunch.
You may register for tables by clicking on the "Register Online" link below; please be sure to indicate the number of tables desired and any electrical needs. From the left-hand navigation bar on this webpage, you can click to learn more about the Forum and the Centre at Millennium Park..
If you are unable to attend the Forum, we request that you consider a corporate contribution to support this worthwhile event. All corporate contributions will be listed on the Forum website, as well as in the Program Book.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at firstname.lastname@example.org. Many thanks for your consideration and support of this worthy event!
