Vendor Registration

On behalf of the Appalachian Student Research Forum Task Force, we would like to invite you to be part of a vendor exhibition to be held on April 3, 2008, in conjunction with the Appalachian Student Research Forum. As you may know, the Forum is an annual event that provides undergraduates, graduate students, medical students, residents, and postdoctoral fellows an opportunity to present their research findings in a formal setting. The Forum’s vendor exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for company representatives to interface with ETSU researchers, mainly comprised of faculty, staff, and students, as well as local physicians. The Forum is also a regional event that attracts participants from other regional colleges and universities. We once again anticipate a large crowd as the event continues to gain popularity on a regional basis.

The Forum will be held at the Centre at Millennium Park, a state-of-the-art conference facility which is conveniently located across the street from the ETSU campus. Please consider attending the 2008 Forum to display your products and services. As in years past, tables will be available for the vendor exhibition portion of the Forum.  Each table will cost $50. This registration fee also includes lunch and refreshments.

You can register for tables via our website by clicking on the link below. If you are unable to attend the Forum, we request that you consider a corporate contribution to support this worthwhile event. All corporate contributions will be listed on the Forum website, as well as in the program booklet.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at thomasoc@etsu.edu.  Many thanks for your consideration and support of this worthy event!
