We are pleased to announce the following vendors will be exhibiting at the 2018 Forum:
as well as the following ETSU Offices and Departments:
The Department of Biomedical Communications
The School of Graduate Studies
The Department of Community and Behavioral Health
On behalf of the Appalachian Student Research Forum Task Force, we would like to invite you to be part of a vendor exhibition to be held on April 5, 2018, in conjunction with the Appalachian Student Research Forum. As you may know, the Forum is an annual event that provides undergraduates, graduate students, medical students, residents, and postdoctoral fellows an opportunity to present their research findings in a formal setting. The Forums vendor exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for company representatives to interface with ETSU researchers, mainly comprised of faculty, staff, and students, as well as local physicians. The Forum is also a regional event that attracts participants from other regional colleges and universities. Like last year, we have coordinated the poster competition to coincide with the vendor exhibition. We once again anticipate a large crowd as the event continues to gain popularity on a regional basis.
This year. the Forum will be held in the Ballroom of the Millennium Centre, a large conference facility conveniently located near the campus of East Tennessee State University. Please consider attending the Forum to display your products and services. As in years past, tables will be available for the vendor exhibition portion of the Forum. Register on or before 4:30 pm on March 30, and you will receive the early-bird price of $100 per table; after the 30th, the registration fee of $150 per table will be applied. Your registration fee includes refreshments and lunch.
If you are unable to attend, we request that you consider a corporate contribution
to support this worthwhile event. All corporate donations will be listed on the Forum
website, as well as in the Program Book. To make a donation only, please use the
registration form linked below and indicate 0 for the number of tables.
You may register and reserve table(s) by clicking on the link below and filling out the registration form.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs at firstname.lastname@example.org. Many thanks for your consideration and support of this event!
