Car Pool:

Parking at ETSU can be a fun adventure. Why not take advantage of this opportunity to park in specific areas for no extra charge? Students, who have chosen to carpool, can pick up an application in the Adult, Commuter and Transfer Services (A.C.T.S.) beside the bookstore. There is no charge to obtain this sparking permit. This permit allows the driver to park in specific places designed for cars with carpool permits only. Indicated on the map:

These places are closer than a spot a student might find with out a carpool permit. However, this is only available for off campus.
