Parking at ETSU can be an adventure.  Take advantage of an opportunity to park conveniently on campus! There is no additional charge to obtain an ETSU Carpool parking permit.  The Carpool permit allows the driver to park in specific places designed for ONLY cars with a Carpool permit.  Each specified location for Carpool drivers provides convenient accessibility to buildings and venues through closer parking spots
than those for Students without a Carpool permit.

NOTE:  Carpool permits are only available for Off-Campus Students.

Students who have chosen to carpool can pick up/drop off an application through the Office of Adult, Commuter, and Transfer Services (A.C.T.S.)
on the 2nd floor of the D.P. Culp Center.
