Off-Campus Housing
For those wishing to rent off campus, ETSU provides an Off-Campus Housing service located in the A.C.T.S. Office. Here you will find a list of privately owned apartments, houses, condos, duplexes and rooms for rent.
When you access the Off-Campus Housing listings, be sure to check the accommodations carefully and read your lease from beginning to end before you sign. As Abigail Van Buren (Dear Abby) is fond of saying, "Education is what you get when you read the small print. Experience is what you get when you don't read it."
