Division Assessment Plans
The Student Affairs Division, as one of the major divisions of East Tennessee State University, is committed to an ongoing process of research, continuous improvement, and assessment.
Student Affairs has a major commitment to research on and about our students. The results of several years of this work can be found at the Research link on the Student Affairs Central Office home page or by pressing here.
One of the key elements in improvement is the process of setting measurable objectives, working towards their achievement, and assessing the movement toward the goal. Two tools are used in this process. The first is a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for both the division and each department. KPI's serve as graphic public benchmarks of our relative success in achieving our strategic goals over a five year planning cycle. Secondly, the division and departments each have a University Profile which includes an overview of goals/objectives as well as a summary of improvements made during the year.
The links below will take you to these three sets of data for both the Student Affairs Division as a whole and each of the Student Affairs Division Deparments.
