Facilities and Equipment

The Wayne G. Basler Center for Physical Activity (BCPA) is a 100,000 square foot facility that was built by, and currently operates on, student activity fees and is staffed by ETSU student workers. Opened as the Center for Physical Activity in April 2002, the building was later renamed for Mr. Basler in October 2006. Mr. Basler has been a generous contributor to the ETSU as well as the Campus Recreation program over the years. The Basler Challenge Course located adjacent to the BCPA was made possible by a donation from Mr. Basler.
