Cancellation and Refund Policy for Career Fairs and Events
Organizations reserving space at a Career Fair, Graduate School Fair or other event for which a fee is charged will be entitled to a refund, if the refund is requested at least two weeks prior to the event. All refunds are subject to a $15.00 processing fee. No refunds will be provided within two weeks of the scheduled date of the event due to space commitments, table set-up and food orders that must be finalized. All refund requests must be received in the Office of Career and Internship Services by email or by phone at least 14 days prior to the date of the event. Cancellation notices and refund requests can be made by e-mail to careers@etsu.edu or by phone at (423) 439-4450.
