All ETSU students are encouraged to be registered to vote. Registration forms for Tennessee are available in the Center for Community Engagement, Learning & Leadership. Registration information for other states is also available. The first step in leadership and citizenship is to be a registered voter.  For instructions on how to register to vote, please go to
