Dr. Deborah Harley, Assistant Vice President
Community Engagement, Learning & Leadership
Supervises the overall operation of the CELL. Advises
students in the Leadership Minor, and Leadership House.
Provides consultation in Leadership training for student
groups and classes. Directs Learning Communities Initiative
and Student Affairs Staff Development Program. Develops
community partnerships to support student learning and
development. Seeks funding resources through grants and partnerships. Serves as adjunct faculty in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.

Ms. Teresa Brooks Taylor, Assistant Director of Service-Learning
Supervises America Reads Program and Community Service
Judicial placements. Provides consultation to faculty and
community partners in the development of service-learning
courses. Coordinates community placements for students in service-learning courses. Assesses learning in service-learning courses and keeps data on courses and participants. Assists with grants management. Serves as adjunct faculty in Department of Sociology.

Provides support for the Assistant V.P. and the Assistant Director for Service-Learning; works with Leadership House; maintains Leadership Library database; works with all leadership programs; provides web page support; supervises student workers; maintains staff records; coordinates payroll; manages office; maintains budgets; schedules training room; schedules all calendar appointments for the V.P. and Assist. Dir. of S-L.
