The Counseling Center provides 24-hour crisis-intervention services to ETSU students experiencing mental health emergencies (e.g. psychological trauma, thoughts of harming self or others). During
normal office hours (8:00am - 4:30pm) call the Counseling Center:

a) contact Public Safety at 439-4480(on campus) b) call 9-1-1 (off campus) c) go directly to your local emergency room
Do NOT contact us via e-mail for emergency situations. We cannot guarantee when we may receive or be able to respond to email messages, nor can we ensure their confidentiality.
