A family member dealing with a depression issue has no health insurance.  The spouse is a student. Is there a free counseling service for student spouses or individuals in the community without insurance?

The ETSU Department of Human Development and Learning sponsors a  free community counseling clinic.  It is staffed by masters' students in counseling who are supervised by professors in the department.  Their phone number is 439-7679.
