Getting Better Sleep

Forty-five percent of American say that poor or insufficient sleep has affected their daily activities in the last week.

Sleep is even more critical for college students, as the last 2 hours of an 8-hour sleep cycle involve more REM sleep, which is crucial for memory consolidation. And yet sleep is the one thing many young adults try to scrimp by on!

The good news is that improved sleep habits and other medical and non-medical interventions can help!
