Case Management

Some mental health issues are aggravated by external stress, such as:  lack of food, housing, transportation, employment, health care, disability services, etc…

Case management is a collaborative process which assists students in locating resources or developing necessary skills to meet basic needs, both on campus and in the community.  In addition, case management assists students in locating additional mental health resources when needed.

We provide short-term case management to clients already receiving personal counseling at our center.

The primary goal of our case management service is to optimize student well-being by coordinating services in the most effective and efficient manner.  Common issues addressed in case management include:

For New Clients:  You must already be a Counseling Center client to be eligible for case management services.

For Returning Clients:  Call our front desk to make a new appointment with your case manager. You may also email them directly:
