    Interpreting Services
--are provided within the classroom or the campus community (including extra-curricular activities such as lectures, plays, student organizations, etc.) Upon receiving a request for services, the Interpreter Coordinator will assess, assign, or coordinate appropriate interpreting services according to the level of skill required for the assignment. A variety of outreach opportunities are also available for sign language interpreters wishing to maintain or upgrade their level of competency. These services are provided as a means of enabling academic success for students who are deaf and hard of hearing.
