Step One: Pay your $100 Housing Deposit.
Visit https://epay.goldlink.etsu.edu/C20071_tsa/web/login.jsp to log in and pay your Housing Deposit.
You will need to know your E-number and six digit PIN to access the payment site. (If you do not know or need to change your PIN, visit https://selfserv.etsu.edu/pls/PROD/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin)
Once logged in, you will find a tab at the top of the screen marked "eDeposits." Click that tab and select the correct term for which you applying for housing.
If you do not want to pay online, or do not yet have a credit card handy, you can skip to Step Two and complete a Housing Application. You can always come back to your application and pay later, or print the final page and mail with a check or money order. Just remember - we cannot begin to process your application until we have received your deposit.
Step Two: Apply For Housing
Visit https://etsupws.etsu.edu/HousingApplication/ and log in using your E-number, birthdate, and last four of your SSN.
- If you have already paid your deposit online in Step One, you may click through the application and the system will note your application as completed.
- If you have have not yet paid by credit card, you can come back at any time and do so.
- If you wish to pay by check, print the final page of the online application and mail in with your check or money order.
