Wednesday  November 25: NO CLASSES After 3:00 PM

Thursday November 26: NO CLASSES All University Offices closed

Friday  November 27:  NO CLASSES University Offices closed

If you are leaving for the holiday weekend, please do the following:

1. Leave room/hall clean (ie: trash to the dumpster, dishes washed, food stored, vacuum).

2. Unplug any unnecessary electrical items, including cell phone or iPod chargers.  To learn more about how you can help ETSU Housing conserve energy, click here.

3. Lock door, close windows, and turn off lights.

4. Sign-out at the desk or with Hall Staff.

NOTE:  ALL ROOMS WILL BE CHECKED BY HALL STAFF ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT OR THURSDAY MORNING.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Students who will be graduating, transferring, not enrolled, or withdrawing from the University for Spring 2009, must come by the Housing

Office and complete the Request to Cancel Housing/Advantage Contract Form in Burgin E. Dossett Hall 108.

If you need to stay any or all of the holiday weekend, please do the following:

1. Be aware of staff coverage in the building (see notices posted and talk to staff).

2. Due to the small number of students left on campus & in your hall, and for everyone's safety, please be alert and report to staff or Public Safety any suspicious behavior or persons.

3. All outside entrance doors are to remain closed and locked at all times.

4. Keep ID and room key with you at all times.

5. Visitation/Guest privileges remain the same (ie: sign in and out, escort guest, etc).
