The Department of Housing and Residence Life takes great pride in the maintenance of clean, enjoyable, and safe facilities. Our skilled staff is available for both routine maintenance as well as emergencies. Custodial staff work daily to keep common areas and community bathrooms clean and comfortable. Cleaning inside of student rooms, including private and suite style baths, is the responsibility of the individual student.

Most weekday requests are responded to within 24 hours. Please be very specific in your request regarding location, and the nature of the need.
Emergency maintenance needs - those that compromise or threaten the safety of students or property - should be reported immediately to the Resident Advisor staff or by calling ETSU Public Safety.
