~ EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013 - ALL NEW STUDENTS PLANNING TO LIVE IN ON-CAMPUS RESIDENCE HOUSING: Will have to provide medical documentation of having received the meningitis vaccine within the past five (5) years. This documentation must be provided to the Student Health Clinic before move-in day or the student will not be allowed to check into their assigned room.
