Discover Living-Learning Communities at ETSU

A Living-Learning Community (LLC) is a group of residents living together on a floor or within a building who share a common major, interest, or program affiliation.

Research has shown that residential learning communities are beneficial to college students and help students succeed. Join us and get started on the right foot at ETSU!

Who Leads the Living-Learning Communities?

Community Coordinators are faculty and staff members at ETSU who coordinate activities and events within the LLCs. In some communities, students will take classes with their Coordinator.

Student staff members, called Buc Guides, live in the community and work alongside the Coordinator to support and plan social and academic programs, and help community members get to know one another and become friends.
