LEADERSHIP ADVANTAGES
Each residence hall has a council elected by the residents which plans and administers ongoing activities. A central governing body, the Residence Hall Association (RHA) represents all residents. The Residence Hall Association has an executive council which consists of one representative from each of the 13 residence halls, Buccaneer Ridge and BuccaneerVillage.

Nationwide statistics reveal that residence hall students are more involved in campus life than students who live off campus. Through leadership in hall council or RHA, many life skills are developed. You will learn how to motivate residents and involve them in campus life at ETSU.
