ID Card

All new employees will be issued an official photo ID card. Employees are encouraged to come by the ID Services Office after beginning their employment. Please bring your copy of your employment contract, or we can call Human Resources to verify your employment. Your first ID card is provided at no cost to you; however, replacements cost $10.00 plus tax [Prox. cards are $20.00]. You must turn in your ID card, as part of the checkout process, upon leaving the university.

Name Badges

University Departments may request ID badges for employees if needed. These badges are the same size as the ID card only vertical instead of horizontal. They have no electronic functions such as door access or debit plans. Instead of the library barcode and " E" Number on the front of the card, we can print the department name and the job title of the employee. The department head must send a memo to the ID Services Director to request badges. The memo should include the employee's name, " E" Number, department, and job title. Badges will be made from the ID card photo on file. Please include an account number to charge the cost of the badge ($3.00 per badge) or notify the student/faculty/staff that they will be personally responsible for that fee. The individual  will be responsible for replacements ($10.00 + tax) due to the badge being lost or stolen.

*Defective IDs and badges will be replaced at no charge upon returning the defective badge or ID card.

ID Buc$ Debit Card

All employees are eligible to use their ID card as a university debit card ( ID Buc$). Please refer to our related Web pages to find where the card is accepted, terms and conditions, and other details. Faculty and Staff have the option of signing up for payroll deduction for ID Buc$. Your ID card will be credited the day before payday each month with the amount you designate to be deducted. We also have incentives for using payroll deduction; please stop by the ID Services Office for more details or to sign up.
