What is GET?

GET is the new site to load money onto your ID card, check your card balances, view your transactions, and report your card lost!

What is different about GET?

Students, Faculty, and Staff can use GET to:

  • Mark their card "found" once they have located their card.
  • IT'S BACK! You can have Guests deposit to your account!
  • Deposit on-the-go using the GET app!

I had an account on ManageMyID, do I need to re-register on GET?

Yes, you need to re-register on GET clicking the link "Not Registered? Sign Up Now!" on the login screen. Some key points to keep in mind when registering:

  • Information must match how it appears on your ID card/ETSU record. 
  • If your birthday contains a single-digit, please refrain from entering it in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
  • You must click the link sent to your email upon registration completion before you can log in to you account.

I am a new user and would like to use GET. How do I sign up?

Go to https://get.cbord.com/etsu and click the link "Not Registered? Sign Up Now!" on the login screen. Some key points to keep in mind when registering:

I am a parent/guardian/guest, how do I deposit onto my student's ID BUC$?

Go to https://get.cbord.com/etsu and under "Parents, Guardians, and Other Relatives" click "Click Here to Deposit into a Student's Account". On the next screen, please fill out the entire form. You will need to know:

  • the student's E#
  • Their First and Last Name as it appears on their student account.

Follow the prompts to complete the transaction to deposit funds immediately to your student's card. 

I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it? 

Click the link on the log in screen "I forgot my password" and enter your email. If that does not work, please email . Please allow 15 minutes for emails to be sent through the server. 

How long does it take for the funds to be deposited to my card?

As soon as you click "submit" your funds will be added to your ID card immediately! 

I want to deposit to my Dining Dollars, can I do that through GET?

Yes, you will need to select "Dining Dollars" from the drop down menu when you are entering in your information on the deposit screen.

Why are we switching to GET?

As of March 31, 2017 at 12:00 a.m., ManageMyID had reached an end-of-life and was deactivated by its web developers

Is there a processing fee?

Yes, there is a $2.00 processing fee added to the amount you enter. This is different from ManageMyID where $2.00 was taken away from the amount you designate. Meaning, if you enter $20.00, your credit/debit card will be charged $22.00, and $20.00 will be added onto your account.
