Campus Recreation offers several programs to help people achieve their fitness goals.  Aerobics classes, 15,000 sq ft weight room, and personal trainers are available in the Basler Center for Physical Activity.

* TIPS:

   -Equipment provided

   -can bring own mat or any other personal props (blankets, bolsters, eye pillow, blocks)

   - bare feet (socks if  preferred)

   - wear loose, comfortable clothing

   - avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before practice

   -bring water
