FITNESS PROGRAMS 

 

Campus Recreation offers several programs to help people achieve their fitness goals.  Aerobics classes, 15,000 sq ft weight room, and personal trainers are available in the Basler Center for Physical Activity.

The Campus Recreation fitness program has recently expanded its facilities.  All classes will now be held in the main aerobics studio, at the indoor cycling area, on the mats or in the new yoga studio. Click here for a look at the new yoga studio.

* TIPS:

   -Equipment provided

   -can bring own mat or any other personal props

   - bare feet (socks if  preferred)

   - wear loose, comfortable clothing

   - avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before practice

   -bring water
