Inclement Weather Schedule

• The BCPA will operate on a limited schedule when classes are cancelled or the university is closed due to inclement weather. In almost all cases, the building will open no later than 10 a.m. and remain open until 4 p.m. These times are intended to allow Campus Recreation staff the opportunity to travel safely to and from work.

• The facility may open earlier than 10 a.m. but will never remain open past 4 p.m. Some programs may be curtailed (i.e. group fitness classes, Casual Care and intramurals will all be cancelled. Pool will operate 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. ONLY IF TRAINED GUARDS ARE ON SITE

• A limited schedule of open recreation will be implemented on days when classes are cancelled. Intramurals will be rescheduled. Group fitness will not be held.

• The Department of Campus Recreation has a responsibility to provide limited service to the on-campus population during inclement weather. Every effort will be made to provide such services and maintain safe working conditions for the entire Campus Recreation Staff.
