ALL CAPTAINS' MEETINGS ARE HELD IN THE BASLER CENTER'S MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM (2nd Floor)
All teams must be represented. Teams not represented will not be placed in the league or tournament.
IMPORTANT INTRAMURAL POLICY CHANGE
Effective January 2008, teams must have a member of the team present at captains meetings.
Team representatives must be on the
team's roster and be prepared to show their ETSU ID card to check in at the
meeting.

Players in need of a team or teams in need of additional players should complete and return the Free Agent Form.
All entry forms MUST be RETURNED IN PERSON to the Basler Center's administrative offices PRIOR to the specified deadline.
Late entries WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All entries MUST have the MINIMUM number of NAMES and SIGNATURES at the TIME OF ENTRY.
Entries without the minimum OR above the maximum number of players WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
