Personal Training
|
The personal training service is designed to evaluate your cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and body composition. Based on your fitness evaluation and your fitness goals, a personal trainer will then provide you with four sessions to help you understand your program and provide you with some motivation. Later, your personal trainer will provide you with a post fitness evaluation, to ensure your program is meeting your fitness goals.

for everyone. The service is not meant as a substitute for intensive rehabilitation
or therapy. The Department of Campus Recreation reserves the right
to refuse personal training services to any patron if their medical limitations
exceed the abilities of our staff.
Due to the popularity of the program, time slots
fill up very quickly and our trainers become extremely busy. It is
important that, you the client, keep all personal training appointments.
