1. Check Your Username/Password Your username is simply your ETSU email username without the @etsu or @goldmail extension.� Your password will be the same thing you use to log in to your ETSU email.
2. Allow Pop Ups To allow pop-ups, go to the start up menu and select "Control Panel."� From there you will choose "Network & Internet" then "Internet Options" and then click on the "Privacy" tab.� Find the area titled "Pop Up Blocker" and look for the check box underneath. This box should be UN-Checked. If it is check, click to Un-Check and then hit "Apply" at the bottom.�
3. Clear Your History Go to the Control Panel > Network & Internet > Internet Options again and in the "General" tab look for the "Browsing History" section. Hit the delete button and select "Temporary Internet Files", "Cookies" and "History." Hit the delete button again and the "okay."
4. Try a Different Browser The Collegiate Link System's preferred browser is Internet Explorer.
5. Disble Toolbars Internet toolbars can sometimes interfere with your ability to log in.
