Event Information

Join us for two days of excitement where fans of anime, sci-fi, comics, and more will join forces for weekend filled with fun!

The convention will take place in Johnson City, TN in the Culp Center located at East Tennessee State University's main campus.

Whether you're interested in participating as an artist, a vendor, a volunteer, or a panelist, you'll find the information you need here.

Hours of Operation

The convention dates are Saturday and Sunday, February 21st and 22nd and the hours are from 8am to 10pm.

The Vendor Hall/Artist’s Alley will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Artist's Alley

If you are interested in purchasing space in our artists alley please fill out the form located here.

Each artist alley space costs $20 per 8'x8' area with a maximum of two spaces.

Panels and Cosplay Contest

We are currently in the process of accepting applications for panels! If you are interested in running a panel please fill out the form located here.

After you have completed the form please email it to us at etsuconevents@gmail.com


If you are interested in our Cosplay Contest you can find a set of the rules here.

Registration for the contest will be during 10AM-12PM on Saturday March the 1st onsite.

Please note that the price per space is $50 per 8'x8' area. There is no limit to how many spaces you can get if you are a vendor (within reason).

Orientations dates are currently being determined.

The orientation is required for anyone wishing to volunteer. Volunteers may sign up for 2 hour shifts during ETSUcon and will receive free snacks and drinks.
