Please join us for two-full days of excitement where fans of Anime, Sci-fi, comics, and more will join forces for a weekend filled with fun!
The convention will take place in Johnson City, TN in the D.P. Culp Center located at East Tennessee State University's main campus.

Hours of Operation
The convention dates are Saturday and Sunday, February 25th and 26th and the hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The Vendor Hall/Artist’s Alley will be open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Please fill out the artist space form if you are interested in purchasing space in our artists alley
Once that has been completed please email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Each artist alley space costs $25 per 8'x8' area with a maximum of two spaces.
Panels, AMV Contest and Cosplay Contest
If you are looking to participate in our AMV contest, please check out our AMV contest rules.
Deadline for submissions is January 31st at midnight. Please submit them to email@example.com.
Cosplay contest rules are being updated. However if you are interested in our Cosplay Contest you can view our
rules from last year. Keep in mind some rules might be changed or added.
Registration for the contest will be during 10AM-12PM on Saturday February 25th on-site.

Please note that the price per space is $60 per 8'x8' area. (Please limit 5 spaces per Vendor).

Orientations dates are currently being determined.
The orientation is required for anyone wishing to volunteer. Volunteers may sign up for 2 hour shifts during ETSU-Con and will receive free snacks and drinks, as well as potential meet-and-greets with guests, free or discounted autographs with guests, and leadership experience.
