The convention dates are Saturday and Sunday, March 1st and 2nd and the hours are from 8am to 10pm.
The Vendor Hall/Artist’s Alley will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Each artist alley space costs $15 per 8'x8' area with a maximum of two spaces.

If you are interested in our Cosplay Contest you can find a set of the rules here.
Registration for the contest will be during 10AM-12PM on Saturday March the 1st onsite.

Please note that the price per space is $40 per 8'x8' area. There is no limit to how many spaces you can get if you are a vendor (within reason).

Orientations dates are currently being determined.
The orientation is required for anyone wishing to volunteer. Volunteers may sign up for 2 hour shifts during ETSUcon and will receive free snacks and drinks.
