Come join our staff for two full days of excitement and fun where fans of Anime, Sci-fi, Comics, Fantasy, and Video Games, and more unite for an awesome weekend at ETSU!
The convention takes place in Johnson City, TN, in the D.P. Culp Center located at East Tennessee State University's main campus.
Whether you're interested in participating as an artist, a vendor, a volunteer, or a panelist, you'll find the information you need here!
Hours of Operation
The convention dates are Saturday and Sunday, February 17th and 18th and the hours are from 10:00am to 10:00pm.
The Vendor Hall/Artist’s Alley will be open from 11:00am to 7:00pm Saturday and 12:00 to 6:00pm
Please fill out the artist space form if you are interested in purchasing space in our artists alley
Once that has been completed please email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Each artist alley space costs $25 per 8'x8' area with a maximum of two spaces.
Panels and Cosplay Contest
If you are interested in hosting a panel, please complete our panel application!
Cosplay contest rules are being updated. However if you are interested in our Cosplay Contest you can view our rules from last year. Keep in mind some rules might be changed or added.
Registration for the contest will be during 10AM-12PM on Saturday February 17th on-site.

Orientations dates are currently being determined.
The orientation is required for anyone wishing to volunteer. Volunteers may sign up for 2 hour shifts during ETSU-Con and will receive free snacks and drinks, as well as potential meet-and-greets with guests, free or discounted autographs with guests, and leadership experience.
