The main office for the University Center is located on the middle level. The main areas of the University Center Office Suite include the ID System Office, Facility Reservations, Camps and Conferences, and the Campus Lost and Found. The office is open from 8 a.m. - 10 p.m., Monday - Friday, and Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m.- 10 p.m. Summer Hours: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday - Thursday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday; and closed on the weekends. The D. P. Culp University Center has a wide variety of services available for the members of the campus and Tri-Cities community, among these are:

The University Center has a number of meeting rooms with various capacities and setups available for student, campus, and community groups. The rooms are available for meetings, workshops, receptions, small banquets, etc. A full range of audio/visual support services, including satellite teleconferencing, is available upon request. A large ballroom seating over 1,000 theater style or over 650 banquet style is available along with an auditorium with thrust stage and seating 960. A full range of audio/visual support services, including satellite teleconferencing, is available upon request. The Amphitheater is a wonderful, outdoor facility for speeches, performances, and other events. The University Center serves as the campus contact and coordination point for non-university groups wishing to use any campus facility during the summer. This involves the coordination of housing, food service, meeting rooms, athletic facilities, and other campus services. For additional information or to contract for this service contact the Camps & Conferences Office at 423/439- 4286.

The food service is managed by ARAMARK Dining Services. On the third level is a traditional cafeteria. The "Atrium Food Court" on the second floor offers a choice of the "Lzzi's Southwestern/mexican," "Chick-fil-A," and "Tsunami Sushi ". The "Buc Mart" is a convenience store with an in-house "Quizno's" also located on the second floor. On the lower level is the Cave, a place to enjoy a great cup of coffee from the "Java City" shop." Several meal plan options are available. The University Food Service also is responsible for all catering occurring in the University Center or elsewhere on campus. The University Bookstore is located on the middle level and is open Monday - Friday, 7:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. The Bookstore carries a supply of new and used textbooks, paperbacks, school and office supplies, computer supplies, art supplies, stationery and greeting cards, tee shirts, sweatshirts, caps, and lots of other clothing. Check cashing service is offered to students, faculty, and staff. For more information call 423/439-4436.

The campus post office is located on the lower level. Window service is offered as well as individual boxes. Student post office boxes are assigned during registration. For more information please call 423/439-4232.

The Credit Union is located inside the University Bookstore on the middle level. For more information please call 423/439-4423

Lounges are provided on each level of the building with comfortable, soft seating furniture, a relaxing atmosphere, and televisions in some of the areas.

The Computer Lab is located on the lower level. The lab is available for walk-in use by any registered student. For more information please call 423/439-8211.
