Capt. Hubbard is back in the Tri-Cities training National Guardsmen following a tour of duty in Iraq, where he commanded Bravo Company, 2nd Brigade, 64th Tank Division, 3rd Infantry in the famous “March to Baghdad”. The 14-year Army veteran was awarded Bronze and Silver stars. He was pictured on the cover of ARMY Magazine, August 2003.
